Robert Woodbury

Whether buying or selling, experience truly matters. I bring a strong background in the real estate industry. After graduating college with a degree in business and finance, I spent 22 years in banking, primarily specializing in real estate lending. 

Since the summer of 2019, I have worked in real estate sales. In addition to being a Realtor®, I am a certified residential appraiser and the owner of Woodbury Appraisal, LLC. My hands-on experience analyzing and valuing properties gives me a deep understanding of market conditions and trends, allowing me to confidently guide both buyers and sellers through pricing and negotiations.

I pride myself on being hardworking, attentive, honest and trustworthy. Having lived in Southwest Minnesota nearly my entire life, I have strong ties to the community and an extensive local network. Being so connected allows me to serve as a valuable resource for my clients as well.

I truly enjoy helping clients navigate every step of the home buying and selling process. My goal is to make each transaction as smooth and seamless as possible by preparing clients for what to expect and advocating for their best interests throughout.
